Locally grown and raised in the Greater Seattle Area, I am a driven professional who believes that a company's workplace and culture speak more than its product or service. I strive to bring my upbeat attitude to every environment that I inhabit, whether that's the work place, one of my various sports leagues, my monthly Cribbage club, or backstage at a show. We all enjoy our selves and our lives better when we're surrounded by good, kind people and positive energy. No matter the role or task, there is an "element of fun" and finding that is the key to success. The other keys to success in my view: effective communication, efficient and thorough work ethic, and open minded collaboration. In my past roles I oversaw an ever fluctuating team, with multiple direct reports, various multifamily properties spanning from Everett to Pioneer Square, and many unique clients. That position required no shortage of different hats to wear, some stylish, some functional. More so than just my job that I was hired for, I invested my energy into the company itself. I created a group that put on routine trainings and cross-team demonstrations, I singlehandedly produced the company's internal newsletter (a simple but revolutionary tool for this modern age), and acted as the unofficial company engagement coordinator. I left my mark on that organization and I intend to invest my energy into my next. Thanks for reading! Be kind to one another.
