Designated Signing Authority for the purpose of Teacher Certification in province of Alberta. As a representative of the Ministry of Education as a Designated Signing Authority I am responsible for evaluating and making final recommendations for a teacher's permanent teaching certification in the province.

Tim is the former Principal of the recently founded academic school for Alberta Ballet in Calgary; a middle and senior high school founded to better meet the educational needs of their ballet students. As the former Principal of the Edge School, a private and for a brief time an Alternative Public School while partnered with the Rocky View School district in 2010, Tim has had a variety of unique leadership experiences.

As the School Liaison I will be working as a team member in realizing our vision, goals and targets by implementing a variety of stretegies through the United Way's All in for Youth initiative. Over the last three years I have served as an Associate Professor within the University of Calgary's Werklund School of Education; within the undergraduate degree program.
