- Consistently achieve and surpass sales budget in challenging economic climates and saturated markets.- Represent Xylem solely as the lead negotiator in annual rebate programs with Canadian Buying Groups leveraging quarterly and annual sales against key performance rebate metrics which includes growth rebate tables, Flat/Pre-qualified rebates, payment terms, marketing budgets, freight & defective allowances- Collaborate with channel partners to develop and implement go to market strategies targeting key customers and competitors accelerating growth and taking market share.- Develop and execute annual business plans and sales strategies across Xylem Staff, Agencies and Channel partners.- Anticipate and manage market fluctuations and trends working in tandem with the Regional Sales leaders and Agents to achieve effective implementation of programs, synergy sales & product strategies to closes sales gaps and accelerate growth.- Continually capture and practice competitive price monitoring through trusted sources across multiple channels providing rapid capability of adjusting price position when required maintaining share and competitive advantage.- Introduced and rolled out a national contractor strategy optimizing our energy efficient brands providing double digit growth in selected target markets.
