My engineering and project management experience comes with 20 years of knowledge in the commercial and defense markets internationally. Responsible for leading a team of direct report engineers to design and implement armor systems for the USMC and US Army which delivered leading edge technologies, materials and processes automation changes that resulted in improved productivity and ROI. I've also lead cross functional teams to completely re-invent a companies look and image which went onto to lead to a complete rebranding. This project was spread across 7 facilities in 6 countries utilizing 10 separate departments. My skills allow me to run between 2 and 5 projects annually with budgets between $50K and $10M per project. In each of these projects I write the project plan, manage capacity planning and set the budget, with customer approval (both internal and external). I'm comfortable with presenting to an executive team and customers quarterly for every project I manage.
