As Product Manager I'm responsible for defining and developing the specification and price position of current and future car ranges in line with the Citroën brand strategy.

As part of the consolidation of PSA's fleet operations in the United Kingdom, I added the Citroën and DS brands to my responsibilities. As Daily Rental Manager I managed the relationship between the PSA Group UK Fleet department and its customers in the national daily rental sector, from contract negotiation through to defleet, working with the PSA international short term rental team and our external logistics partners.I was responsible for Peugeot's own dealer-based rental programme, working with a specialist agency to expand the reach of the Peugeot Rental network.

From August 2013 to March 2015 I managed the National Daily Rental activity for Peugeot UK as well as its dealer-based rental programme, Peugeot Rental.

I was responsible for maintaining an efficient and responsive flow of vehicles through the company's Used Vehicle Operations department; responsible for key sales and stock control systems, I provided support to the Used Vehicle sales team and the wider dealer network.As the UK point of contact for these systems including our SAP-based stock control system, I was in regular contact in both English and French with commercial and technical development colleagues in mainland Europe to ensure the reliability and ongoing improvement of our systems.I provided accurate and reliable information to the department and the Company on sales and stock performance. I was trained in the use of BusinessObjects and developed my ability with this powerful reporting suite during my time in the role.I was responsible for the UK roll-out of a new dealer-facing remarketing system based on the Manheim RMS platform. This exciting project required me to liaise regularly with PSA's used vehicle sales teams at UK and Europe levels, its UK and France IT departments, and with the external developer providing the system to PSA across Europe.I worked closely with major national daily rental companies and automotive remarketing and logistics agents in order to maintain and refine the vehicle defleet process.

I recently finished the initial year of the PSA Peugeot Citroën Graduate Development Programme, as a Commercial Graduate Trainee at Peugeot Motor Company. I took placements in Sales Operations, at a Robins & Day Peugeot Dealership, and finally in the Customer Relations department.I gained crucial understanding of the challenging UK new vehicle market, and of Peugeot's operations within it, during my placement in the Sales Department.I experienced first-hand, through a dealership placement, the 'front line' of Peugeot's car and commercial vehicle business and the unique challenges that the dealer environment presents, whether in car sales or service.Finally, I was placed in the Customer Relations and Quality department as a Customer Relations Manager. This position enhanced my ability to make decisions with confidence and communicate them to key stakeholders - both dealers and customers - in a variety of individual cases.
