I am responsible for all incoming emails to XO Communications through webcare@xo.com and many other email addresses as well. I assist customers with any questions on their account, Orders, Billing disputes, and technical issues as well. I am also responsible for XO Communications Twitter account and maintaining it. I also do order entry, cover an inbound call queue, and maintain XO Communications business center online.

I would take inbound calls for cell phone purchases and was listed as one of the highest sales reps on the floor until I became a lead in the sales team. I transferred afterwards to customer care where I would take inbound calls from business class customers and would maintain their accounts for them while providing world class customer service.
