I lead the Swinburne Online Student Advisor Team.I am responsible for the training, development, and growth of the Swinburne Online Student Advisor Team. I work closely with over 30 advisors to ensure they are accurately and expertly aiding our students, while also empowering themselves to be an active contributors to the improvement of the student lifecycle.I lead projects and working groups focused on improving the student experience in order to meet strategic business objectives. As part of this leadership, I focus on bringing stakeholders and staff along on the journey with me, in order to upskill and empower my colleagues.
