  I was a Real Estate Sales Representative for 6 years prior to staring Modus Property. Consistently needing to deal with trade companies on behalf of property sellers throughout this time, I found the service in the industry as a whole to be greatly lacking.So I launched Modus Property in 2011. The tag line from the beginning was Skilled Trades, Corporate Service. I have worked hard on employing the right team, who take pride in their work and are decent people, and have also been committed on removing those who do not have these expectations for themselves. Building systems which set up our team to succeed has also been key to our growth. I am truly grateful for having had the opportunity to work with so many excellent people. I am confident that our ever improving service is already the best option for our clients and am striving to be the number one solution on an ever increasing scale.
