With many years experience within the property market to include estate agency, relocation, asset management, commercial agency, property management, new homes sales and land finding. Experience gained within the south west market place from Wiltshire - Gloucestershire to Dorset, Devon and Cornwall. I have in the past been a branch manager and a regional manager opening up new offices and employing the right staff. I have worked with small independents, corporates, from my car whilst travelling the nations motorways and fear no role or challenge. What is most important for me is the feeling of success that I will ultimately achieve through hard work and my personal work ethic.Am now very proud to work with Bristol's leading independent estate agency group within their Development team amongst true professionals that I respect which is reciprocated. A company where customer service is king and repeat business is worked for and most definitely not the pile them high sell them cheap companies that we all know. Customer service starts in giving the best advice at the start and above all demonstrating that the best price or deal has been done for the client (i.e. the one who pays your bill) and not for the one that doesn't. I strongly believe in testing the market and not accepting the first offer that comes along - at times not accepting the best offer is preferable to the client if it enables him to achieve what they want.
