And most people haven't defined what truly matters to them.My purpose help people slow down and think deeply without tenseness, fear, or anxiety, so they can clearly define what matters to them and what doesn't. I guide people to press pause and fall in love with the life again.Together we shift from destructive thinking modes and become constructive in their thinking. They go from reacting and responding to consciously creating and enjoying. We do this through a series of conversations via email, text, chat, and twice monthly slow, deep conversations. My job is to help guide people back home, to the place where they already feel like they've arrived -- a place where they are free to live in the present moment and create whatever their hearts desire. I work best with purpose driven change makers who want to create a better tomorrow, and not lose who they are along the way. We slow things down, redefine throughputs, and create a different framework for their work-life balance - one that makes sense to them, meets them where they are right now, and bridges the GAP to where they want to be. It's not cookie cutter, do this get that... it's about fundamental principles applied in the right sequence at the right time through experimentation and ongoing improvements. Most people struggle because of an instinctual longing for a sense of relief, and an almost confrontational relationship with objective reality. They imagine that time-worn methods of doing things will help them get "there" so they keep listening to the "experts." No one can be an expert on YOU - but, I can help you become one.
