Principal Software Writer for Oracle's virtualization product offering, Oracle Virtual Manager, a product that enables customers to deploy operating systems and application software within a virtualization environment. My responsibilities included maintaining, enhancing, and developing new content for the Oracle VM Manager product offering. I worked primarily in an Oracle Linux 7 environment and my documentation area's covered Installation, Upgrade, Administration, and other product software related documentation. Publications were all written in Docbook XML and published in a variety of formats including HTML and PDF.

Worked as a key documentation team member on Health and Life Cycle Management software solutions for Dell EMC converged and hyper-converged infrastructure systems. Maintained and enhanced existing documentation using SDL Live Content and XMetal authoring tools. Helped formulate documentation strategies and guidelines for software documentation releases within the group.
