CurrentThe Chief Executive Officer / General Manager, in partnership with the Board of Directors, sets the tone for the organization. Responsibilities include all aspects of cooperative operations. Paramount to this position is the ability to establish a vision which promotes a strong culture of safety, the advancement of the organization, development and proper utilization of the skills of all employees, a reliable distribution system, affordable rates, and open lines of communication with the membership. Furthermore, the CEO / GM must foster relationships in the communities the cooperative serves and promote the organization’s role in economic development and legislative efforts aimed at improving the quality of life for the members.
