Advised Technical Operations leaders on ways to improve operational efficiency.Lead transition from subjective system monitoring to objective monitoring.Developed metrics and created interfaces to determine HFC plant deficiencies and areas for improvement.Created numerous SharePoint sites which allowed technicians and supervisors to share findings to trouble areas.Attended Lean Six Sigma (White Belt) training, Rapid Improvement Events (Kaizen), and Tech Ops Summits to identify optimal processes for various operations.Trained Maintenance, Service, and Dispatch Departments on use of ServAssure Advanced software.Conducted training sessions with non-technical departments on the basics of the HFC and DOCSIS networks.Administered PathTrak HFC monitoring system.Configured PathTrak system to allow for the use of MACTrak Performance and QAMTrak data for every upstream in the system.Developed relationship with PathTrak vendor, which afforded local system to become one of a few beta tester sites for WebView 3.0 and PathTrak 4.0.Advised Project Manager in National Data Center on adopting PathTrak 4.0.
