I am a driven hospitality professional with over 20 years experience in the industry.Apprenticeship trained in New Zealand working at The George Hotel in Christchurch, I then travelled to London and worked in Michelin Restaurants. I moved to Australia where I ran a cafe and catering business with a friend. Now working for a high volume beach side restaurant I moved from Head Chef into the General Managers Position.My experience has given me the confidence to be calm under pressure, the understanding of team culture and the pursuit of excellence in hospitality and customer service.
