Developed over 50 repeatable ResourceManager models for different network designs that could be turned into TaskEngine templates for use in Cramer. Developed and documented rules for link naming, circuit naming, port naming, number selection, and extended attributes applied to Cramer objects. Imported large amounts of operational data into the Cramer model using custom PL/SQL scripts. Used the Cramer tools for data imports and deployment to network devices. Provided Cramer end-user assistance for operational issues with the data and with TaskEngine and DeliveryEngine elements.Developed design documentation for a next-generation operational support system (OSS) that included a configuration management plan and systems integration plans. Conducted a market survey for Telecommunications OSS system components available in the commercial marketspace Developed System Requirements Documents (SRD), System Design Specifications (SDS) and Data Migration Plans for an integrated IP Address Management and DNS/DHCP platform. This served as the roadmap to integrate fifteen different sources of IP Address data into one system.

Implemented Cisco Channel Interface Processor (CIP) cards at two DOD Megacenters.
