My first introduction to the Internet was in the mid 90's discovering Netscape in a seminar and being taught to use email for my job as a 35 year old business consultant at UW's Small Business Development Center. By 1997, I expanded into launching a niche online rental property service as my official first project in web development. This new experience ignited my true passion for website design, programming, and data center services. By 2000, I had returned to school, this time enrolling at MATC to advance my technical skills and education part-time for the next 6 years. During that time I maintained a small number of local website clients expanding my skills in web design, programming and data center services. My full-time duties involved working as an IT/Accounting manager for a Madison area print/marketing company. In 2004, when the printing industry collapsed and my employer was forced into bankruptcy, change was needed. Even before I could begin the search for new work, established clients reached out and encouraged me to continue supporting their websites independently. By 2006, I had enough clients to convert my Miller By Design operation into ISADEX Corporation. Shortly thereafter I was joined at the office by my wife Lynn, and our two adult sons Ryan and Adam to complete our family business of web design, programming, and online marketing. Over the past 11+ years we've expanded and specialized, adding staff experience for sales, programming and design during peak periods. While still a core web design company, we've needed to respond to industry changes and technology advancing. The proliferation of DIY services, discount hosts, templates and pre-programmed modules has allowed us to recognize and value the advantages of us staying true to providing only custom designed and programmed solutions for our clients, each locally built, hosted, and supported. Twenty years later, we embrace every opportunity to share in the success of our clients.
