Maintenance Surveyor
CurrentMain responsibilities include;- Overseeing day-to-day reactive and planned maintenance for 21 re-homing centres - Preparing, compiling and presenting a yearly CapEx improvement program- Implementing works and managing budgets for CapEx programme- Contract Management for Mechanical and Electrical Servicing over the entire rehoming portfolio- Project Management on minor works up to a value of £1.2 million.To aid with the above, I;- Implemented a job tracking and asset management software package to enable more efficient reporting and management of maintenance issues- Produce written specifications and CAD plans for tendering purposes- Carry out contract administration duties such as minute taking and writing up, running development accounts and chairing monthly contract meetings.
