United Trust Bank (UTB) is a UK specialist bank providing a range of secured funding solutions including development, structured, bridging, mortgages and asset finance. The Property Development division provides funding for house builders and developers with commitments of around £1bn for residential, residential led mixed-use & commercial schemes across England and Wales. In addition UTB works with Government agencies including The British Business Bank, Homes England and Housing Growth Partnership to enable SME house builders to access competitive funding at increased levels of gearing.I joined UTB in 2017 from Nat West and have over 30 years’ experience in the banking sector. At UTB we understand that every customer and every project is unique and we strive to provide bespoke solutions which enable developers to achieve their immediate and long term goals.
