• Manage the DataBank Deal Desk and its resources to reduce sales cycle time while delivering quotes and contracts with quality. Manage Sales Operations within the Deal Desk and work closely with sales, professional.
• Manage the day-to-day responsibilities of the team developing and delivering contracts and RFPs in support of the Sales organization
• Ensure the necessary approvals are obtained, the proper documents have been created, and adherence to internal processes and policies

• Manage and administer project contracts including proposal preparation and contract negotiation
• Integrate contract management tools, contract templates, methods, and processes for Sales and Professional Services
• Work with sales to provide scope of work and Professional Services costs for Statements of Work, Budgetary Estimates, and RFPs
• Review change requests for accuracy and compliance with company policy

• Primary conduit between the customer and internal DataBank personnel to ensure that all of the project deliverables are effectively and efficiently delivered at or above the customer's quality standards..

Managed the conversion of 2,400 SUPERVALU and Albertsons sites from their legacy networks into one integrated network based on MPLS as the topology for the combined infrastructure environments.

Established, evaluated, designed, and supported ESI’s Datacomm network architecture and IS infrastructure. This involved identifying repetitive problems within the network and implementing solutions and improvements.

Managed a primary network upgrade and implementation of a secondary MPLS data network carrier for 100 remote sites across the UnitedHealth multi-site enterprise. The purpose was to provide redundancy over a separate network which eliminated downtime and enabled load balance.

Designed and maintained the topology of WAM!NET’s data network architecture and backbone infrastructure. Analyzed the telecommunications industry and identified opportunities to reduce existing network costs and increase sales revenue.
