With 20+ years experience in the drinks and hospitality industry, I have first hand experience in all aspects of operations. Previous experience includes owning and operating my own award winning cocktail bar, restaurant and late night music venue for 10 years in London. Continuing my consultancy work during this time, which included working with high profile multi-national spirit brands and boutique start-ups. More recently I moved into the hotel sector working the position of general manager for an award winning boutique hotel in a well known coastal town in the South East, broadening my skillset. Contracts at a prestigious vineyard restaurant offering in Kent and operations manager for an award winning luxury hotel and restaurant retreat on the South East Coast led me onto my current venture, creating a brand new luxury 10 room hotel and fine dining restaurant with a destination bar in the Cotswolds. My involvement covers creative strategy for guest experience, hotel and F&B, design, market research, recruitment, financial strategy, training, product creation and execution.
