I have over 20 years of ministry experience in the local church and nonprofit sector with specific focus in the areas of program development, strategic alignment, building organizational health, leadership development, and staff training. In addition to leading House of Hope KC, I am an executive coach through Convene for Christian CEO's who are seeking to maximize the redemptive potential of their leadership in their unique industry. I bring strengths in helping CEO's clarify their visionary and strategic focus for their organization, as well as building their workplace culture so that the organization can accomplish its mission for the greater good of the community and the world. I have experience in working with startups and organizations in a leadership transition.
