Scoping and implementation of solutions, involving new high tech equipment on multiple work streams into highly regulated critical BAU systems.Scoping new Scada Control system for all HV and LV network, establishing the cost of energy and how to reduce both the cost and consumption by evaluation of PV Farms, CHP plant, alternate supply and self generation. £12.5M - Electrical backup power project. (Completed on time)I installed backup power supplies in the form of stationary and mobile diesel electric generator sets to multiple locations running both Civil and Electrical gangs simultaneously. This has given a backup power solution to key Facilities and is in operational use.I procured and installed - Diesel electric generators, Highway towable NATO spec fuel bowsers, custom made switchgear, underground fuel interceptors, specialist seismic services, GSM Communications, specialist lifting equipment, CCTV.I ran weekly construction PLOWS, set up and chaired integration meetings between MoD, the Police, senior managers, internal and external suppliers and manufacturers, designers, etc.I administered the internal planning consents and Facility Modification system to integrate the projects deliverables into BAUI processed over 500 EWN’s, 300 CE’s, 250 PMI’s, 110 Change Notes (between 7 Contractors)I reviewed all projects documents at four sanction gates and kept Forecasting and Actuals. I tracked all actions on a database and ensured they were closed out Key challenges and achievements • Stakeholder management - determining requirements and ensure projects delivered to the quality expected, on time and budget.• Authoring and review of Business Cases, Project Management Plans, Three point estimates, Primavera P6 Planning, Requirements capture, Risk management and Modelling, Quality Plans, Commissioning and Handover Documents.• Administered the NEC3 option ‘A’ and ‘B’ form of contract, working in close collaboration with the contractors to deliver the common goal• Heavily involved with the review and approval of the design element of the projects• Ensured the new systems integrated into the locations with minimal impact to the customer • Worked closely with project team with multiple suppliers to assure programme alignment

Ensuring the safe delivery of Electrical, Mechanical and Civil construction and Demolition projects. I was the Lead Safety Advisor on the Aquarius Project, the refit of the main Facility at MoD site.Interacting with up to 90 sub contract construction staff, from 3 Contractors teams working in a live facility in close collaboration with the Facility safety team. Applying company standards and UK Legislation, CDM regulations to all construction sites in barrier areas.• High hazard work in similar barriered / criticality Buildings interacting with multiple management and subcontractor teams• Pioneered the use of point of work risk assessments to 400 + staff • Oversaw installation and removal of equipment using heavy road cranes, reviewing lifting plans.• I reviewed SSOW + RA’s and oversaw demolition of high hazard Facilities• Provided ESH support to security enhancement projects, installation of road blockers, high security gates, CCTV, Perimeter securityKey challenges and achievements • My project achieved one million hours without a lost time incident.
