This has given a backup power solution to key Facilities and is in operational use.I procured and installed - Diesel electric generators, Highway towable NATO spec fuel bowsers, custom made switchgear, underground fuel interceptors, specialist seismic services, GSM Communications, specialist lifting equipment, CCTV.I ran weekly construction PLOWS, set up and chaired integration meetings between MoD, the Police, senior managers, internal and external suppliers and manufacturers, designers, etc.I administered the internal planning consents and Facility Modification system to integrate the projects deliverables into BAUI processed over 500 EWN’s, 300 CE’s, 250 PMI’s, 110 Change Notes (between 7 Contractors)I reviewed all projects documents at four sanction gates and kept Forecasting and Actuals. I tracked all actions on a database and ensured they were closed out Key challenges and achievements • Stakeholder management - determining requirements and ensure projects delivered to the quality expected, on time and budget.• Authoring and review of Business Cases, Project Management Plans, Three point estimates, Primavera P6 Planning, Requirements capture, Risk management and Modelling, Quality Plans, Commissioning and Handover Documents.• Administered the NEC3 option ‘A’ and ‘B’ form of contract, working in close collaboration with the contractors to deliver the common goal• Heavily involved with the review and approval of the design element of the projects• Ensured the new systems integrated into the locations with minimal impact to the customer • Worked closely with project team with multiple suppliers to assure programme alignment -
