Vice President of Development in Broadridge's Securities Processing Solutions division. The primary function of this division is order management and trade processing in equities and fixed income instruments in an ASP model on a Global scale. Responsibilities including budget preparation and control, staffing, determining technology directions and systems architecture based on business needs and objectives, full life cycle application development, deployment and support, and co-ordination of offshoring facility in India. Department currently has 85 associates located both in New York and Hyderabad, India.

Responsible for full project life-cycle development of a real-time market data quotation and order management system. Responsibilities included budget preparation and management for staffing, hardware and software, requirements analysis and specifications, functional specifications, design, software development, development of test plans, and acceptance testing of vendor supplied software. Managed an internal development and QA staff, and four external consulting vendors. Responsibilities also encompassed frequent, close interaction with the Sales and Marketing departments to formulate product strategy and direction.

Responsible for design, development, installation and production support of enterprise messaging systems and data communications systems for Fortune 500 Companies and Institutions. Analyzed customer requirements and developed system specifications. Presented solutions to prospective customers in written proposals and oral presentations. Designed and managed the development of the final product. Managed multiple development projects concurrently.
