Responsible for transit operations and service delivery through management of 14 General Managers in sites across Virginia and North Carolina. Liaison for statewide transit associations, federal, and state grant applications and coordination with state and local agencies.

Initially oversaw Paratransit operation for the City and County of Durham, NC. Responsible for grant funding for vehicles and staff. Beta site for Trapeze Pass software, worked directly with system engineers and programmers through initial challenges of software implementation and usage. Promoted to a larger 100-vehicle operation, including Paratransit and Community transportation systems in Richmond, VA.

Greensboro--Winston-Salem--High Point Area

Responsible for all operational performance, including client relations, quality assessments, purchasing, and payroll.
