Desert Thunder Investigations’ (DTI) concentrates primarily on it's investigative and interviewing training activities. However, primarily through associates and associated investigators, DTI can still provide specialized investigative services to other security and/or investigative agencies, to either augment their current capabilities or to provide services to their clients that those agencies don’t currently have in-house. Returned to the City of Brotherly Love to help rebuild the Fraud & Special Investigations Division within the Office of the Controller after several personnel changes, transfers and retirements. With 67% of the Division new or inexperienced, the challenges are tremendous but we have some good experienced investigators to take on the task and the new employees appear up to the challenges and eager to learn.
