Receiving used ThinkPad laptops from staff members, assessing their physical condition and state of the firmware/OS, and determining their suitability for redeployment to other staff members.2. For laptops that were in a suitable condition, I was responsible for formatting them with a custom image, enrolling the device in the Intune autopilot program, and ensuring that all BIOS and firmware was up to date before sending the device back to several of the contractor's remote sites for redeployment. The laptops would be provided to the rest of my team members who were responsible for setting up existing staff members on the device with a new Intune profile, making use of the Company Portal app to ensure all work-related applications were available along with OneDrive for syncing all files and document libraries. 3. Troubleshooting any and all errors that prevented the devices from successfully imaging or enrolling in Intune.4. Assisting the project managers in locating and troubleshooting any other devices that weren't returned to my location for refurbishing.5. Receiving and resetting used work Samsung Galaxy devices before refurbishing them for redeployment.6.
