I have many years of experience working in the Public sector as a Horticulturalist, operating the Greenhouses for the Town of Oakville. During those years I worked and mentored many people of all ages from Co-op High school students ( whom later continued in this line of work ), to senior volunteers, horticultural Society members, and the Developmentally challenged. Guiding and seeing people reach their full potential. In the last 12 years I have gravitated to the study of yoga, noticing it's immense effects on Health and Wellness. I presently teach at 3 studios yet the last 2 years 2018 + I have started to travel/teach yoga throughout the world. My goal is to continue my education in this field and travel the world with the hope to guide/educate people in their yoga journey to a healthier, happier life :).Total Peace, Love, and Respect Namaste, maitri (metta)
