For the past 32 years, I have owned and operated a Family Entertainment Center known as, “Thunderbird Golf and Go-Karts”. I started the business working from the design stage on up. Prior to that I operated Pineland Amusements Ltd (first as as an employee then owner), a similar business for 15 years. Currently I am putting together a business plan to build a new and much larger FEC on Highway 31 near Rideau Road. Were just finishing the site plan and Proforma, have secured the land and hope once financing is in place to start construction in 2015/16. This project will be my legacy project that will be there long after I am gone.I retired in 2011 but found it boring so have decided to build this legacy project to keep me busy.Since this project is much larger than anything I have previously undertaken I am open to equity investment by others who are looking to be in business for themselves or looking for a good investment potential for their money.
