Fidelity / Crime DivisionUnderwrite Fidelity Bonds for:-Financial Institutions (RMICs, RIAs, Hedge Funds, Commercial Banks, Finance Companies, etc.)-Mercantile Establishments• Build and maintain strong, distinctive partnerships with current and prospective brokers. • Evaluate competitor's strengths, weaknesses and strategies to leverage for profitable business and increased market penetration.• Ensure that underwriting practices and guidelines are understood and adhered to, specifically focusing upon pricing, risk selection, mix of business, flow management and quality analysis. • Gather, analyze and evaluate risk exposure • Accept or decline risks within territorial assignment and in accordance with accepted underwriting guidelines. • Price individual risks by classification and adherence to company underwriting standards and philosophy. • Analyze financial statements• Market Fidelity / Crime financial products and travel within assigned territory as necessary.

-Perform on-site testing of construction materials at construction sites throughout the tri-state area-Oversee concrete and reinforcing steel placement in compliance with project specifications-Analyze ethical issues in response to test results and field observations- Interact with Project Managers and Site Supervisors to ensure quality of work and report test results
