At the forefront of a data revolution at Zuto. Responsible for owning the data and reporting product, creating the data strategy while producing hypotheses and managing changes through the engineering squad. Also using a good understanding of both business processes and recorded data (Google Analytics/databases etc) to help define and run conversion experiments across the whole sales funnel.Notable Achievements :-Rolling out self service analytics to over 60 members of staff using Tableau Online, enabling stakeholders to review, analyse and share findings and dashboards. This saved over 40 hours a month of BAU data requests and transformed the freedom of information across Zuto.Creation of cloud based data warehouse using Microsoft's Azure stack. Updating every 15 minutes to provide analysts with easy to use, relevant and recent data.Defined data retention and anonymisation policies following government best practice to ensure our customer data is protected.

Responsible for the internal technology at Zuto used by the business day to day, including lender integrations, communications and application work flow.My day to day responsibilities include working with the business and external partners to identity opportunities and improvements, helping to own the backlog and decide on priorities, and then bridging these requirements to the development team as product owner.Notable Achievements :-Designing a new process to integrate guarantor lending as an option for customers unable to gain finance approval by them selves. Generating an increase of over £1m annual revenue.

Using the customers credit profile and customization decision engine the system would understand the right products for customers, submit applications to lenders and pass the application into the relevant sales teams on application. This slashed the time it took for customers to get approved from hours to seconds.Designed and implemented a system to send automatic SMS messages based on customizable templates to customers at different stages of their application journey.Created a flexible software library to speed up lender integrations by defining common processes allowing for new lenders to be added by implementing a standard interface.Defined and created an automated banking system than replayed each payment being typed in manually to allowing fully automated payment runs.
