I have over 20 years experience leading businesses that provide management consulting services to federal government clients. During that period, and in conjunction with my fellow Directors, I was responsible for all aspects of building and growing professional services capabilities, including talent recruitment and development, business development and delivery and relationship management. In addition, I led and advised on numerous reform initiatives across a range of government portfolios. Prior to a career in consulting, I served as a senior executive in a public sector organisation, responsible for building and integrating program management capability across the business. My earlier career included project management roles in private sector organisations and many years as an officer in the Australian army.I am currently the lead for RSM's management consulting service line in Canberra, responsible for building and growing this part of the business. My skills lie in all aspects of project, program and portfolio management and business / service delivery improvement.
