Having enjoyed a successful career in Elite Sport on the medical team for TeamGB and ParalympicsGB at the Beijing and London Games, I moved away from clinical practice and into management. I ran a large physiotherapy business, before successfully raising funds for a management buyout buy-and-build project. Since then I have taken up a number of executive roles spanning multiple sectors. I am now the Head of Product and Operations at MetSwift, the cog that sits between our Meteorological Team and the customer in a role that sees me manage the day to day business, take the lead on our product roadmap, and act as account manager to our clients.
