Role included client services support across three main clients:Intel- Supported property management and event activation efforts for Intel’s sponsorship of the San Francisco 49ers and Super Bowl 50 Host Committee. Responsibilities included property management, internal department integration, and event execution at all San Francisco 49ers home games and at Super Bowl City, a nine-day fan village in downtown San Francisco for Super Bowl 50.Google- Supported the promotional concept and execution for two programs: “Paint the Town”, for the Google Self-Driving Car Project, and “Doodle4Google”, for the Google Brand Marketing team. “Paint the Town” was an art experiment for local artists to have their artwork featured on Google’s prototype self-driving vehicles in Mountain View, California. “Doodle4Google” was an annual contest open to students in grades K-12 to create their own doodle for the chance to have it featured on the Google homepage.HP- Responsibilities included onsite execution of two ambush marketing programs in Las Vegas against the Knowledge 15 and EMC World conferences. Programs were social media-led ambush marketing efforts, providing prizes to conference attendees within Las Vegas throughout the duration each conference.

Olympic property, athlete, and IP subject matter expert for Visa US Marketing and Client Integration teams, leading the management of Olympic rights activation, Sochi 2014 campaign consultancy, and Team Visa athlete management in the US.Daily responsibilities include:- Oversee Olympic property and athlete consultation for US marketing and client activations for Sochi 2014- Facilitate integration between Global and US teams across six creative agencies (BBDO, Proximity, MRY, OMD, FleishmanHillard, and Social Code) to maximize campaign and Olympic sponsorship asset efficiencies- Lead Olympic rights activation subject matter expert for US Marketing and Client Integration- Lead Olympic property and of a 24-hour global Olympic approvals “war room” coverage system with the IOC and USOC for Visa’s social media campaign during Sochi 2014- Support relationship management with 13 US athletes, including approvals review, appearances, TV production shoot support, and social media tracking- Supported rights management with US Olympic Committee and NGBs (USATF, USAS, USSA)- Provide strategic support for Olympic (IOC, OCOGs, NOCs, and NGBs) and Paralympic (IPC) property management

Responsible for general support of overall Visa Olympic Team, with emphasis on Olympic IP rights management and Team Visa athlete management. Specific responsibilities included:- Supported management of Visa’s global approvals (>3K submissions for London)- Team Visa athlete program management (48 athletes)- Lead Olympic rights activation subject matter expert for US Client integration team- Oversaw development and approval of "Sochi Handbook", housing all Olympic guidelines for Visa Brand and Client activations and use by all Visa stakeholders globally- Development of guidelines material for IOC, NOC and Visa reference regarding CCMFI activations- Managed Global Category Conflict Tracker for reference in potential third party activations- Facilitated concept development and led rights approval by Olympic parties for 17-day Chase Lounge activation at the London 2012 Olympic Games- Supported global competitive tracking of Olympic sponsor activation during London 2012- Supported general Olympic property management (accounting, research, senior executive presentations, etc.)

Manager of Olympic Games tickets & assets for Visa's Global Sponsorship Management Department during the London 2012 Olympic Games. Managed inventory of 1000+ tickets and assets while working with Head of Olympic Management to strategically allocate all tickets and assets for strategic business needs and the Staff Reward program.
