Here the waste from the fish is taken through organic filtration and bioprocessing and converted into highly potent plant nutrition.Absolutely without the use of chemicals, extra tasty and nutritious vegetables, microgreens and herbs are cultivated in hydroculture for selected regional restaurants, hotels and catering industry, including grocery stores with a commitment to quality and sustainability.By using abandoned agricultural buildings, insulating these with materials used in modern aerospace, combined with tailor made recirculating climate control, we can offer a customized product range in opposite phase of the local cultivation season and with a high degree of precision. We then distribute short travelled trout, shellfish and leafy greens to customer as needed, same day as harvest - year round.
