Since beginning my career in strata management in 2009 I've become very passionate about creating solutions for our strata communities and also training and mentoring others to do the same. Starting with a high level of technical knowledge and then developing the softer skills of people ladership has been my pathway.I am recognised as a keen innovator with a focus on creating and adapting technological systems to create efficiency in the process of managing strata and community schemes. As a driver of change, I am pushing for a unified industry-wide movement towards improved communication methods both internally within companies, and externally with clients and their suppliers.
