With over ten years of experience in web development, I am a passionate and driven engineering manager at HealthFleet, a leading digital health company that provides personalized coaching and wellness solutions. I have a strong background in React, Drupal, and Ruby on Rails, and a certification in ScrumMaster (CSM). I enjoy leading and mentoring a team of talented developers, working closely with the product manager and other stakeholders, and implementing agile methodologies to improve software development processes and increase team productivity.In my current role as engineering manager at HealthFleet, I have been involved in several exciting and challenging projects, such as transforming our member-facing web app to support internationalization, developing a Drupal-based mental health screening app that had to support over 400 existing clients, and making our web app ADA compliant. I also lead weekly planning meetings, participate in bi-weekly evening production deployments, and assist the QA team with post-deployment validation. Some of the skills that I use and develop in my role are communication, code review, software development, JavaScript, Angular, NodeJS, CSS, SASS/LESS, ReactJS, PHP, MongoDB, React, Ruby on Rails, and Jekyll.
