EXECUTIVE BIOGRAPHY Dynamic and experienced business technology executive with a proven track record of building and leading strategic customer sales engagements and partnerships. Ty Connor currently serves as the Director for DataRobot Channels, responsible for North and South America. In this capacity he is responsible for running a team of Regional Channel Account Managers who generate revenue for the DataRobot sales organization through their respected Channel Partners. Prior to joining DataRobot, Ty acted as the US East Channel Director for AppDynamics and was chartered with growing the channel business to $100M. His leadership and enablement helped every individual on his team overachieve their quota, which was his proudest accomplishment in this role. Before joining AppDynamics, Ty worked in a WW Business Development role within the HPE Hybrid IT team. His objective specifically focused on the HPE Strategic Systems Integrator Alliance partners, representing $1.5B in HPE Hybrid IT business. Previously, Ty served in a HPE Storage Sales Specialist capacity for six years, driving successful year over year growth in the South Central Territory. One of Ty’s many accolades includes his leadership developing strong relationships within HPE’s channel and VAR community resulting in win-win customer engagements. Before his transition to a worldwide focus, Ty was individually responsible for net new revenue growth of $25M in HPE storage hardware sales. Throughout the course of Ty’s career, he has been consistently recognized as a top performer in multiple capacities and a valuable team leader. His hard work ethic is complemented by his interpersonal skills, desire to win, and optimistic view in every situation.
