Packers Pro Shop

-Oversee the fulfillment of eCommerce & Wholesale orders placed through www.packersproshop.com, logistics of incoming purchase orders and distribution of inventory for all divisions of the Pro Shop. This includes final responsibility for all inventories housed in two locations totaling 76,000 sq ft of retail distribution space.- Profit and loss responsibilities for individual line items and management of all supplies and material handling needs for the department. - Optimize traffic schedules for transportation and warehouse functions, including supervision of shipping partner relationships to minimize costs.-Manage and develop Pro Shop distribution center staff including three full-time assistant managers, two coordinators and up to 80 permanent part time and seasonal employees.

Community Outreach Department

-Design and direct youth and high school football events and programs -Create and coordinate community events throughout the state of Wisconsin -Coordinate NFL Play 60 initiatives-Organize and attend player and alumni appearances

Community Outreach Department

-Facilitate Hometown Huddle events in which professional football players and volunteers work together to make improvements to shelters and parks in the Green Bay community-Encouraged professional football players to become active in the community-Organize and attend player and alumni appearances

-Manage all warehouse employees including two supervisors, part-time staff, and a full-time Warehouse Assistant -Direct daily and weekly workflow-Generated relationships with internal and external customers-Designed and continually revise warehouse procedure manual for daily operations and training purposes-Administer employee performance appraisals
