Working with both tenants and landlords, I quickly established myself as one of the most active retail leasing operators in Perth. I headed up a number of project leasing assignments, and was the point of contact for many funds and high net worth individuals.Achievements included:- Performing the leasing on the majority of WA retail assets in a $2 billion fund - Delivering the project leasing for Wellard Square Shopping Centre and its 20 tenancies- Leasing 1,670sqm of medical space across eight deals in Perth metro area in 2014- Leased the Parnawarri Retail Centre from conception through to construction completion, delivering it with 100% occupancy.- Leased the majority of tenancies in Alkimos Gateway.Past and present clients include some of Australia’s most significant property developers, including: Primewest BankwestGolden Sea Property DevelopmentsFar East Organisation Peet and Co
