• Collaborated with Operations and Clinical staff to decrease the turnaround time between when a client refers a case to EHR for review and when it is sent out for appeal• Worked with regulatory attorneys to create a previously non-existent library of Medicaid policies, regulations, and medical criteria for every state • Created a weekly peer-conducted training program

• Managed and tracked thousands of Medicare appeals for the company and its clients • Oversaw the conception and completion of appeals for clients through the company’s policies• Created and implemented additional policies (as necessary) to continue successful business practices • Maintained positive and ongoing client interaction with hundreds of clients • Coordinated with numerous staff to schedule Medicare appeal hearings between Administrative Law Judges and EHR’s physician advisors

• Managed a satellite McCain/Victory ’08 office as well as Moyer campaign office• Coordinated volunteer efforts through - Election Day coverage for polls, Coalition mailings, Door to Door and Literature Drop walks• Worked cohesively with various people and organizations committed to the campaign

• Organized and ran various outreach events for Representative Moyer such as - Senior Expo, Emergency Services Seminar, Community Day• Handled a variety of constituent casework• Worked Legislative Door to Door with Representative Moyer • Met with various non-profit organizations in the legislative district, to help them obtain and apply for a variety of grants
