Passionate and experienced certified FBI crisis negotiator since 2010, who has resolved numerous domestic and international kidnapping through family engagement, barricaded subjects and other crisis events. Member of the FBI Field Office Deployment Program for domestic and international operational and training deployments. Certified member of the FBI Adjunct Faculty Program to teach topics related to crisis and kidnap negotiations. Invited by the Crisis Negotiation Unit in Quantico on multiple occasions to provide expert evaluation, instruction and feedback during the the two-week certification course. International: FBI instructor for week long crisis negotiation course in New Delhi, India to executive members of the National Investigative Agency (NIA) in 2016, and in Beirut, Lebanon to senior officers of the International Security Forces (ISF) in 2017.International: FBI lead instructor for a week long crisis negotiation course to members of the United States Air Force Security Forces Squadron in RAF Lakenheath, UK in 2022 and Spangdahlem Air Base, Germany in 2023, and taught members of DoD and the Korean National Police Agency at Camp Humphreys, South Korea in 2024. Developed strong professional relationships with crisis negotiators from UK negotiation teams. Developed innovative scenario-based training opportunities with UK partners during FBI week long negotiation courses to provide students with real life situations and expert role players.

FBI-San Antonio Division coordinator; led, organized, trained and deployed 15+ person team to respond to crisis events. FBI Adjunct Faculty Member- skilled public speaker on topics related to crisis, hostage and kidnap negotiations, and crisis intervention. Led and organized over 15 FBI Regional Crisis Negotiation Courses (RCNC) to local, state and federal law enforcement partners throughout the entire San Antonio area of responsibility. FBI’s representative to the two week London Metropolitan (New Scotland Yard) Hostage Negotiation Course in London, UK (September 2021).

Managed Cyber investigations and led efforts to pursue and defeat nation-state adversaries from the Middle East and Africa targeting US critical infrastructure. Worked closely with United States Intel Community partners to conduct strategic planning and coordinate a whole-of-government approach targeting multiple nation-state actors conducting harm on US critical infrastructure.
