I started as a framer in 1984 working for a Lee Bolin and Associates in Southern Calif. From there I quickly became a Foreman and ran several projects for them learning most of the essential information on how to successfully build and manage a crew. In 1992 my wife and I decided to move to Northern Calif, and I was hired as a Foreman for a related company, Bolin Construction. I worked hard and kept learning all I could with them until 1997 when I bit the bullet and opened my own company, TSC. Since then, I founded and managed Aries Builders Inc. as a sole proprietorship.I am responsible for bidding jobs, billing, overseeing several projects at once, ordering supplies and lumber lists, as well as all day to day responsibilities. I employed over 150 people at one time and ran several projects consecutively. With the help of my wife of 35 years and my caring family, I feel I have accomplished most of my dream, as the families moved in to the many homes, condos, and apartments and feel the pride of ownership. My focus has been mainly on the Framing portion of buildings, which is why this new journey in development with Haven will provide me with the fulfillment of creating my own projects from start to finish.
