As the founder and principal of the firm, Tim has had a passion for property all his life. From being on sites as a child with his parents who were developers in the UK, to running his own student accommodation business while at University, real estate was in his DNA from day one.In 2002 he moved to New York to pursue his career with an independent brokerage and development company. As the right hand man to the principal, Tim learned hands on all facets of New York real estate. During his tenure he was actively involved in the sourcing and all pre-development aspects of four projects in the West Chelsea district of Manhattan. Tim's experience extends beyond New York. He also worked as a Development Consultant with a major agent in Central London, where he was a key member of an advisory team for a number of significant development projects and regeneration schemes across the UK. He has also been the UK and US representative of international projects in the Caribbean and Europe. In New York, his resale and leasing brokerage experience has seen him transact across nearly every neighborhood of the city from first homes to luxury penthouses, at all times achieving the best results for his clients. A true British gentleman, Tim’s clients benefit from his expertise and calm demeanor, guiding them throughout each transaction. They also appreciate his extensive and diverse experience, detailed market knowledge, and his creativity whether making customized marketing strategies or structuring a deal. He recently established himself as one of the top brokers in Brooklyn, particularly along the 4th Avenue corridor where he has sold over $200M between 2018 – 2023 setting multiple price records for this emerging residential corridor.
