It is the world's largest courier company.The objective of the project I was part of was to improve efficiency and duration of package deliveries in Germany, Austria and Switzerland. Furthermore, serveral features were added with each release of a new version of the system. It was my role as member of the quality management team to assess the software's conformity to the agreed requirements. By using different approaches of test automatisation and frequent communication with different stakeholders I was part of two successful rollouts of new versions of the IT system and could make sure that all quality criteria were met.
