Alliance’s Manufacture on Demand (MOD) program allows Alliance to carry every music and movie title available. Alliance's MOD program maintains the life and viability of physical CDs and DVDs by preserving and expanding titles currently available to consumers today.MOD is used to reproduce “burn” media that Alliance has copyrights for. Alliance reproduces titles that might not be produced at a large scale anymore from the record company. This allows Alliance to have thousands of titles on a server instead of taking up shelf space. When an order drops into Alliance’s system, if that title isn’t on hand but on a file, our system will communicate with the MOD server and burn that title that is needed making that title instantly available for purchase.As the MOD controller I was responsible for making sure that Alliance's 4 machines that burn media are running properly. These machines run off of a server that contains thousands of titles from artist. I am able to fix any errors that could happen during this burning process such as defects in the CD or artwork by re-burning the CD or reprinting the artwork. Sometimes there are communication errors between the machine and the computer that controls it; I am able to fix any communication issues that may occur. Running these reports allow the temporary agencies to pay their employees, help the management team control their staffing in their departments and overtime that is allowed.Also I help keep track of our attendance and FMLA logs and keep them updated daily, this log helps us to keep track of employee’s' attendance that will lead to disciplinary actions.

Pick Desk Coordinator. Sales reps send orders to our system and I am responsible for processing these orders in a orderly fashion which involves entering the data into our PKMS system that runs all of our operations. These orders are mainly large quantities such as CD's and DVD's from some of the largest distributors such as Barnes And Nobel, Meijer, Toys R Us Kmart, Sears, Amazon, and many other accounts to be processed and shipped. I oversee the picking process in which to fill the orders in a timely manner.
