-Built and led the Pricing and Yield Management function for what ultimately became the Verizon Media (and later Yahoo) Ad Exchange. I oversaw the implementation of supply quality and pricing strategy as Verizon Media consolidated 5 distinct platforms acquired through M & A into a single Ad Exchange with $90M in annual revenue.

-Built an analytics and operations team from scratch as AOL transitioned from an Ad Network model to an industry-leading global Demand Side Platform-Spearheaded the successful integration of SSP's and Ad Exchanges inclusive of Google AdX, Right Media, Appnexus, Rubicon, Pubmatic, etc. -Hired and trained a team of 5 analysts who were responsible for driving.

-Heavy use of SQL and excel to analyze large data sets (1 billion + daily impressions, $1 million + daily revenue) to uncover opportunities for revenue growth and maximize advertiser ROI on the Advertising.com Ad Network

-Negotiated pricing with digital web publishers using multiple pricing models (CPA, CPC, Revenue Share)-Analyzed site and account specific performance and adjusted pricing to ensure company profitability and successful outcomes for advertising clients

-Managed partnerships with employers who utilized the suite of voluntary benefits offered by RewardsPlus-Drove 60% increase in employees opting into one or more benefits
