I am a highly driven, focused, goal-oriented individual. I have been working by the 'sweat of my brow' since I was 12 years old. Eventually as a teenager, I became co-owner in a neighborhood lawn mowing business that turned into a huge success which paid my way through Texas A&M University.While at A&M, I voluntarily chose to join the Corps of Cadets for the leadership training, self-discipline and camaraderie. Both my junior and senior year in the Corps, I was selected by my upperclassmen and peers to join an elite, exclusive 72-man company. The oldest student organization in Texas, which was founded in 1887, it is the Honor Guard for the Governor of Texas and all visiting dignitaries. Named after the first Governor of Texas, Lawrence Sullivan Ross, so called The Ross Volunteer Company. Those formative years of skill development were priceless and no doubt set the course for my success. The road less travelled is always the one that is worthwhile the most. I have learned to develop and write down specific, time-sensitive, personal goals that I am always striving to achieve. Then once I reach them, I love to set even higher, laughable, inconceivable new goals. Never satisfied, continually growing, learning and sharpening my craft to be the best at whatever it is I put my mind to.Sold and closed over $275,000,000 in residential real estate with a customer service satisfaction survey score of over 90% the past 23 years.
