Tim is an experienced litigator and seasoned investigator who represents businesses and individuals in a wide array of civil matters in federal and state court and before regulatory agencies. His litigation practice focuses on complex business disputes, including breach of contract, interests in real property, zoning, securities law, fraud, and intellectual property. He practices actively in federal district and state courts and has extensive appellate experience in both state and federal court systems. Tim also maintains an extensive regulatory practice, a substantial portion of which involves representing and advising clients in the cannabis and alcoholic beverage industries. He has conducted complicated and substantial internal investigations of organizations to identify and remedy regulatory compliance concerns, recommend organizational changes and best practices, and defend clients in regulatory enforcement actions. He also represents clients before the Federal Election Commission.
