• Ensure an appropriate sample of contacts for each call center agent is evaluated and scored to ensure that business and customer expectations are met• Provide scoring weekly reports to supervisory staff in all call centers and communicate proficiency of staff member for coaching purposes• Analyze weekly scoring reports from outsourced partners and compare to internal monitoring scores, discrepancies must be escalated appropriately• Compile monthly scoring reports for Compliance and WebBank review• Provide general administrative support to other team members• Provide support to Legal Department by compiling customer documents and providing responses to questions related to these documents• Demonstrate corporate Policies and Procedures for PCI DSS and PII protection to external auditors• Maintain daily workflow for Speech to Text analytics which identified potential violations to company Policy and Procedures
