CurrentManaged Apex implementation of courses for original credit, credit recovery and foundational support for over 9,000 students, 400 staff and 24 schools.Acted as the primary Apex Level 2 support for 24 schools.Responsible for implementation, training and monitoring of multiple software applications for 24 schools in multiple states.Developed a custom curriculum for struggling school that matched MAP objectives to PLATO content which improved student growth and productivity by 75%.Designed multiple courses for student use in various credit recovery programs using Apex Learning, Plato PWLN, Plato Pathways, Plato PLE and various other software packages.Developed and implemented Pilot programs for possible software applications in support of students and staff.Implemented four new contract required software applications, trained staff, and had student access within a two week window. Monitored and assessed software use in each school in order to meet 100% of student growth requirements by contract.Saved company over $30,000.00 per year by researching, piloting and implementing a new assessment system for orientation students.Developed train-the-trainer model to insure each building has a “local” expert in technology applications.Reduced travel expenses by $10,000 using distance learning communications tools.Developed 25 on-line training modules for use with WebEx; in a Learning Management System; and/or on the company intranet.Directed the research for, planning of and implementation of a new Learning Management System on time and on budget.To date have been responsible for the training of over 6,500 staff members of a privately held company
